November 10th : "John Ryan's Birthday Bash" Hosted by the Hamilton Wenham Graduating Class of 2001 at Vittori-Rocci Post, Beverly MA.
As John's birthday is on Monday, Nov. 12th, we hope everyone can join family and friends to honor John's life on Saturday the 10th. A small charge at the door and all donations will help establish a Lending Library of Musical Instruments!

December 15th : " Friends Of John" Benefit Concert the Middle East, Cambridge Ma. 
Featuring Tokyo Police Club, Ra Ra Riot, Vampire Weekend, and special guests
All proceeds will be donated to the John Ryan Pike Memorial Fund Tickets on sale 10/19 www.mideastclub.com



March 2008 : (Postponed) A Spring Live Auction will be held at the Topsfield Fair Grounds.

September 28th-October 8th : Topsfield Fair
John's Friends and Family gathered at this week long event at a booth generously donated by the Fair; to sell T-shirts and homemade jam! It was the groups first fundraiser for John and the Lending Library of Musical Instruments. Though the week proved to be much harder emotionally than anyone anticipated; reliving why we were there was heart wrenching, and briefly summarizing John and his many talents was simply impossible. The efforts of all those who generously volunteered their time and for those moments wore their hearts on their sleeves were not in vain. We were able to sell all the Jam and a large portion of the T-shirts ordered for this event! Please see some photos below !
